Poisoning Fallacies in This Episode of the Nursing Show

The Nursing Show

Everyday use products may contain chemicals that, in large amounts or if used improperly, may potentially harm our health. Some information spreading in the internet or through gossip may over exaggerate actual fact, turning it into a myth that causes concern to the public. In this week's episode of the Nursing Show, Lisa Booze of the Maryland Poison Center, sheds light on some of the most popular myths and differentiates facts from fallacies. Nurses should be aware of these information to be able to educate the public and also inform them on who to call and when to call in cases of poisoning.
